ABOUT REBECCA:
Rebecca Hubbard is a seasoned Senior Admin and Technical Training Coordinator with over 12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas field. She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including the ability to tailor her skills to meet any demand that her job requires and has increased her efficiency in several of her assigned roles.
Rebecca’s previous work experience includes working at Shell Oil – all Houston locations and also has spent some time working Internationally in Europe at the Shell Headquarters in the Netherlands. She is currently employed at Southwestern Energy Company where she supports the Vice-President of Human Resources, and the Human Resources Team. As a Senior Admin she has also been involved in organizing the Southwestern Energy Administrative Network Team. The purpose and goal of this team is to strengthen the relational cords of the Admins and to encourage best practice processes across the Company.
Rebecca is a member of various organizations and has currently accepted the position of Executive Ambassador for the Oil and Gas Admins International organization.
Rebecca is a single mom with three daughters and loves to spend time playing with her three precious granddaughters. She is strong in her faith and her testimony allows her to reach many women who are underprivileged or suffering due to situational crisis. Her passion is to assist women in reaching their full potential and she hopes to publish and author her first book by year end.
