Thank you for participating in the 5th Annual Oil & Gas Admins International Conference and Vendor Exhibition by contributing your promotional products to the Goody Bag. Please see the important information below.
- You must provide at least 150 items to place in the Goody Bags.
- All items must be received June 18, 2018 by delivering them to Stampede Event Center between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
- If you cannot deliver your items on June 18th, please contact a conference organizer to try to make other arrangements by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 877-567-1677.
- A $75.00 registration fee is required to contribute to the Goody Bag if you are not exhibiting at the conference.
All Goody Bag contributors must complete the following form by Friday, June 15th. Your company name and e-mail address will be added to the conference website and communications.
