EiSi CHAMPIONS

EiSi Champions are enthusiastic representatives that serve as liaisons between their respective company or organization and EiSi. 

Champions deliver content for EiSi activities, programs, and events and communicate the needs of the administrative and support professionals within their company or organization.

To represent Energy Industry Support International as a Champion for your corporation or organization or to nominate a representative, please complete and submit the Champion Nomination form.

DUTIES OF THE EISI CHAMPION

• • Serve as a leadership liaison between his/her company or organization and Energy Industry Support International
  • Be familiar with EiSi policies
  • Communicate EiSi announcements and activities to administrative and support professionals within their respective corporations and organizations
  • Create EiSi brand awareness among staff within his/her organization
  • Recruit and retain members within his/her organization
  • Participate in surveys to improve EiSi overall functions and benefits
  • Volunteer to participate in EiSi Regional and International Conferences
  • Encourage relationships with vendors for EiSi city-wide networking and/or volunteer events
  • May be requested to nominate or solicit appropriate speakers for EiSi city-wide monthly networking and/or volunteer events
  • Participate in obtaining appropriate sponsors for EiSi city-wide events
  • Attend EiSi monthly networking events (as many as possible)
  • Attend EiSi’s annual conference

REQUIREMENTS

• A member of Energy Industry Support International in good standing.
  
  • Membership must be obtained within two (2) months of becoming a Champion.
• Begin the process to become OGAP Certified within three months of selection as a Champion.
• Champions may not serve in leadership roles of organizations that may create a conflict of interest.
