After analyzing the evolving job market, the SPE-GCS Career Advancement Network (CAN) Committee has decided to shift its planned Fall 2024 Energy Professionals Hiring Event into a Career Advancement Workshop, set for November 12 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This change is all about enhancing CAN’s support for job seekers and creating more opportunities for success in our upcoming hiring events.
In this first workshop, CAN is excited to offer:
Insights from hiring managers and HR representatives about the current job market
Resume and CV guidance
Career mentorship
Tips on effective job search strategies
We’ll also focus on the skills companies are looking for in employees, which is key to boosting your job search success!
