HOST AN EiSi NETWORKING EVENT

Thank you very much for your interest in partnering with EiS International to host a monthly networking event. Our networking events provide opportunities for energy support professionals, vendors and suppliers and other supporters to build fantastic relationships, create business development opportunities, and to showcase vendor facilities to the energy support community.

Our goal is to have one to two events per month in the Houston area typically on the 3rd Thursday of the month (the 1st Thursday of the month may be added if needed).  Events are held on the north side of Houston (The Woodlands area), and/or near Energy Corridor, Downtown, West Houston and other Greater Houston areas. 

Our goal is to also have one event per quarter in other regions where EiSi is active in the US and internationally (Dallas, Midland, Corpus Christi, Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast cities, Alberta, Canada, California, Pennsylvania, etc.).

EiSi Vendor/Supplier members have 1st choice to host monthly networking events.

EVENT HOSTING REQUIREMENTS

We request the host venue to sponsor meeting space, appetizers and drinks with at least one option for an alcoholic beverage (two drink tickets preferable and then a cash bar); however you may provide as many food and drink options as you prefer – this is your showcase!

We also ask the venue to sponsor at least one raffle item, a projector and screen or LCD TV with HDMI cable, and to provide free or discounted parking if at all possible.  Validation stickers are greatly appreciated.

The order of the event is typically as follows:

3:30 – EiSi Set-up
4:30 – Event Begins
5:30 – EiSi Welcome and Host Venue Introduction / Tours
6:30 – Event Ends
