Kristen Damon currently serves as Senior Executive Assistant to Vice President, Halliburton Sperry Drilling, based in Houston, Texas. Kristen has more than 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including twelve years with Halliburton. Previous roles include Executive Assistant at SAP and Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO of Child Advocates, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of child abuse and neglect. Prior to becoming an Executive Assistant, Ms. Damon was a registered Sales Assistant for AIM Management Group (now Invesco Ltd.) and Merrill Lynch, holding the Financial Industry Regulation Authority’s (FINRA) Series 6 and 63 licenses to sell mutual funds and annuities in the State of Texas.

Kristen is a strong advocate of continuing education and learning. In 2009 she earned and presently maintains the IAAP CAP certification specializing in Office Management. Kristen recently earned her associate’s degree and anticipates her bachelor’s degree by the summer of 2019. She is both a mentee and a volunteer Mentoring Committee member for WSE (Women Sharing Excellence) at Halliburton, and is a certified personal coach.

Kristen was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Her interests include volunteering, horses, technology and spending quality time with her family.
