You may transfer your ticket prior to the event by logging on to Eventbrite and changing the attendee information in the system.<\/p>\n

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please bring your printed ticket or electronic ticket to the event.<\/p>\n

What is the refund policy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are no refunds after February 15, 2015.<\/p>\n

The name on the registration\/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Attendee names should match the registration ticket. Attendees may be asked to show identification.<\/p>\n

May I make a donation to the OGAP Certification Scholarship Fundraiser without attending the event?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes!\u00a0 Options for donations are included in the event registration form.<\/p>\n

Who will receive the OGAP Certification Program Scholarships?<\/strong><\/p>\n

O&GA International members will have the opportunity to nominate individuals for the scholarships.\u00a0 Individuals will also have the opportunity to self-nominate.\u00a0 Nomination criterion will be based on one or more of the following qualifications: merit, financial hardship, company financial hardship, lack of company training and development budgets, and unique opportunities for career development.\u00a0 O&GA Executive Committee members will review all scholarship applications to determine selections.<\/p>\n

When will I have an opportunity to register for the OGAP Certification Program?<\/strong><\/p>\n
