Ms. Finnels-Neal is the founder of Oil and Gas Admins International, a networking and educational non-profit trade organization for administrative and support professionals with careers in the oil, gas and energy industry.\u00a0 She outlined and spearheaded the development of the Oil & Gas Admins Professional Certification (OGAP), a program designed to measure and validate the OGAP\u2019s understanding and demonstrated knowledge of the oil, gas and energy industry, adds to the OGAP\u2019s technical knowledge, and provides a venue that defines the OGAP\u2019s value and improved marketability within the oil, gas and energy industry.<\/p>\n

In 2012, she founded the YEC | Young Entrepreneurs Conference, a platform to showcase and develop the next generation of young business owners and in 2015, she founded JUMP \u2013 Parachute Building 101, a platform to help individuals gain the necessary courage to step out on faith and begin living their dreams and authored a book<\/a> by the same title.<\/p>\n

She sits on the editorial board of Texas Oil & Gas Magazine and her past and present professional affiliations include the National Association of Female Executives, National Association of Women Business Owners, National Association of Professional Women, Meeting Professionals International, various local chambers of commerce, and others.<\/p>\n

A native of the Houston, Texas area, Ms. Finnels-Neal is an active supporter of the Lupus Foundation of America, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the Autism Society of America.<\/p>\n
