SUSAN KENNEDY Manager, Performance Development - Chevron Corporation
SUSAN KENNEDY has held a broad range of roles in organizational and competency development at Chevron over the past 20+ years. She is currently managing Chevron’s refreshed performance management program. Prior to her current role she served as a Talent Management Advisor to the HR Innovation Project, which was responsible for redesigning and deploying the new HR service delivery model, associated HR processes and implementing the Workday platform. Her role as Talent Management Advisor focused on influencing the integrated talent management efforts across the enterprise. She has also worked abroad in the role of Southern Africa Strategic Business Unit Learning & Development Manager (Cabinda, Angola) and as the Horizons Supervisor for Tengizchevroil (Atyrau, Kazakhstan). Susan holds both an MBA and MA in Political Science. She is passionate about leadership development at the enterprise and individual level and has a strong history of feedback facilitation, mentoring and achieving results through others.
