Mrs. Dassalee Richardson-James has 10 years in the Oil and Gas Industry. She started her career at Deepwater Corrosion Services, Inc. in 2009 where she held multiple roles and worked her way up the ranks. Once she felt fulfilled and determine there was nowhere else to go in the company. She began pursuing other opportunities. On August 1, 2013, she joined ExxonMobil Development Company as an Administrative Assistant. While maintaining her full time job she continued to pursue her education and obtain a B.S in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology with double minors in Purchasing and Organizational Leadership & Supervision from the University of Houston (Go Coogs). In March 2017, she was transferred to ExxonMobil Chemical Company as a Raw Material Coordinator for Baytown Area Polypropylene (BAPP) in Baytown, TX. Then in February 2018, she moved into a brand new role as North American Growth (NAG) Compliance Coordinator in ExxonMobil Chemical Company. She currently maintains this role and influences others to be their own advocate and fight for things they want. Do not remain complacent, stagnant, and in a position where you are not fulfilled.
