Lucy has been with Shell for 29 years through a merger with Pennzoil-Quaker State. She has been in the oil and gas industry for over 36 years. In her various assignments they include Projects, Customer Service, Accounting, and Manufacturing. Lucy has also traveled to Manila, a trainer for Shell,as she took part in transition of a team in 2010.

Lucy is currently supporting Edwin Verdonk, Vice President Venture Development DeepWater in Shell Exploration & Production at the Woodcreek facility.
Lucy has been active with SHEN for 15 years and served on the board for 11 years. President of Shell Hispanic Employee Network in 2015, she continues to follow Shell’s vision of being involved in the development of SHEN members and surrounding communities with volunteer efforts that make a difference.

Lucy was born and raised in Houston, Texas. A native Houstonian, Lucy has four wonderful children (2 sons and 2 daughters), a son-in law, daughter-in-law, 4 granddaughters, Juliana, Jasmine, Danica, Riley and grandson Aaron Lee. Besides spending time with her family and traveling, she enjoys the outdoors, cooking, watching sports/movies and shopping.
