A sincere thank you to Lisa Diaz and the entire Morton’s The Steakhouse Galleria team for hosting O&GA and creating such a fantastic event. Attendees experienced Morton’s beautiful decor and event space and were treated to delicious beef sliders, crab cakes, prosciutto, tuna tartare, hand cut chips with blue cheese dip, and a yummy display of mini desserts. Morton’s also raffled gift certificates for dinner at their wonderful restaurant.
Another sincere appreciation goes out to Ginger and Sheridan Rampaul of GGT Worldwise who partnered with Morton’s and participated as the drink sponsor. Women and Leadership is a 2-day, experiential conference for women leaders. Building on pre-work the participants complete the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), attend the conference to discuss how women can maximize their strengths and build their skills to become effective leaders and participant in a one-on-one feedback session to develop an individual development plan (IDP).
