OVERVIEW
Women and Leadership is a 2-day, experiential conference for women leaders. Building on pre-work the participants complete the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), attend the conference to discuss how women can maximize their strengths and build their skills to become effective leaders and participant in a one-on-one feedback session to develop an individual development plan (IDP).

IT WAS A GREAT DAY!! Oil & Gas Admins International went on a tour of Galveston, TX, Friday, February 23rd and thanks to Hotel Galvez, Tremont House, Wyndham Houston West Energy Corridor, Galveston Island Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Ocean Star Museum, and Cosmo Cool Concepts, it was an adventure we will never forget!
The day started at Wyndham Houston Energy Corridor with breakfast of delicious bacon wrapped donut holes, and an assortment of teas and coffee. Attendees loaded the beautiful AAmbassador luxury bus where fun and games were orchestrated by Cosmo Cool Concepts’ own Julian Wathen.
Our adventure began with a tour of the city given by guides from Galveston’s Convention and Visitor’s Bureau where we learned about Galveston’s rich history. The first stop was the beautiful and historical Hotel Galvez where we enjoyed a delicious lunch, followed by a tour of the Ocean Star Offshore Drilling Rig and Museum where attendees gained a wealth of knowledge about the oil and gas offshore drilling industry. Our Galveston adventure continued with a tour of the beautiful and historical The Tremont House hotel where we enjoyed a spectacular roof-top celebration.
Our adventure ended at the Wyndham Houston West Energy Corridor with a wonderful happy hour complete with a tour of the the hotel, and a spread of tasty appetizers and yummy mixed beverages.
