On May 1st, the Oil & Gas Admins International Leadership Team had the opportunity to participate in a phenomenal leadership program hosted by Equilibria and The Cowboy Solution. The purpose of the E-Colors and Personal Intervention Intentional Workshop for leaders was to experience how the E-Colors and Personal Intervention will impact the results individuals and their organizations are striving to achieve through powerful theory conversation and unique hands-on activities with horses.
