We are very proud to announce Lewis Senior, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Equilibria as a special guest speaker for the 2nd Annual O&GA International Conference and Vendor Exhibition.
Mr. Senior will be on hand to provide an E-Colors Awareness Experience designed to increase self-awareness and understanding of others through learning about different personality styles (E-Colors). Mr. Senior always had a real passion for safety, leadership and people development, he gets tremendous satisfaction from seeing individuals and teams achieve their full potential, with his support. Starting Equilibria with his business partners, and building the organization over the last ten years has been, without doubt, a highlight in his life that has allowed the team to reach people all over the globe.
After 30 years in the oil industry, working his way up from roustabout to Offshore Installation Manager, and then becoming Health and Safety Manager for the largest drilling contractor in the world, he decided, along with three partners, to start a coaching company called Equilibria.
